In the summer the wonderful
mountain-region offers plenty
of possibilities for hiking tours.
One possible target is the
Hochwechsel on a sea-level of
1.743m.
In the winter you can start
skiing directly in front of the
door because the Alpengasthof
Fernblick is situated in the
middle of the skiing-resort
Mönichkirchen-Mariensee.
Different spas like Bad
Tatzmannsdorf or Bad
Waltersdorf are reachable
within 45 minutes. Towns like
Graz, Vienna and Hartberg are
also nice to visit.
